The course has 27 holes and is set in the classic landscape of the Roman countryside, which proved to be suitable for creating a golf course. The course was designed by the Scots John Souter and Tom Dewar, along the same lines as those in their home country. Legend has it that the Emperor Constantine stopped off right on this very spot the night before facing – and defeating – the army of Maxentius, and that during the night he had a premonitory dream which announced the imminent victory, featuring a cross inscribed with " in hoc signo vinces"
And just 7 km from the hotel you will find another golf club, Parco di Roma (which offers special rates for Eurogarden guests). 
Designed by one of the most famous US architects, whose surname Dye is closely linked to the history of international golf, this par 72 eighteen hole course, with a practice course next to it, is set in a natural canyon with 50 open postings and 15 covered bays among fields of crops and Mediterranean maquis; the dome of St Peter’s Cathedral can be seen on the horizon, and seems just a few short steps away.
