SINGLE:	DIMENSIONS:  Room - 15 sq. metres, Bathroom - 3 sq. metres: Located in the main building, the Single Rooms are comfortable and practical. They feature a queen-size bed, mini-bar, satellite TV,  TV + internet + sound system (payable extra), telephone, air conditioning, heating, wake-up call service, shower or tub with shower screen, toiletries, hair dryer.
CLASSIC:	DIMENSIONS: Room - 18 sq. metres, Bathroom - 4.8 sq. metres: Located on the first floor in the main building, the Classic Rooms are comfortable and inviting. They feature a comfortable king-size bed, mini-bar, satellite TV,  TV + internet + sound system (payable extra), telephone, air conditioning, heating, wake-up call service, shower or tub with shower screen, toiletries, hair dryer.
GARDEN:	DIMENSIONS:  Room - 20 sq. metres, Bathroom - 6 sq. metres: Located  in  bungalows within the park, the Garden Rooms have an independent entrance on the ground floor and are bright, spacious and inviting. They feature warm, oak-wood flooring and a comfortable king-size bed, in addition to some small armchairs, a mini-bar, 26” sat. LCD TV,  TV + internet + sound system (payable extra), telephone, air conditioning, heating, wake-up call service, shower, toiletries, hair dryer and slippers.
KING DOUBLE:	DIMENSIONS:  Room - 19 sq. metres, Bathroom - 6.5 sq. metres: Located in the main building, the King Double Rooms have an independent entrance on the ground floor and are large, comfortable, and practical. They feature two comfortable queen-size beds, a mini-bar, 26” sat. LCD TV,  TV + internet + sound system (payable extra), telephone, air conditioning, heating, wake-up call service, shower, toiletries, hair dryer.

The three “Junior Suite” and three “Apartments” are all spacious enough to guarantee guests a perfectly relaxing, comfortable stay. They are located in the new wing, adjacent to the main building.
These ample, comfortable facilities are composed of a room with a double bed, a convenient sitting room and a bathroom with whirlpool bath or shower. Equipped with cooking facilities, they are ideal for medium to long term stays in Rome, as they combine the privacy of an apartment with the services of a hotel. In both the suites and the apartments, just as in the rooms, service and convenience are guaranteed by facilities such as air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, internet connection, telephone with direct outside line and minibar.

JUNIOR SUITE:

APARTMENT:

DIMENSIONS:  Room and entrance area – 38 to 56 sq. metres, Bathroom - 6 sq. meters: Located on the ground floor in the new wing adjacent to the main building, the Apartments come complete with a relaxation area featuring comfortable sofas and bright, open spaces superbly decorated with cherry-wood furnishings and flooring in warm African woods.
