The 2010 event will be by Caravaggio at the Scuderie del Quirinale. The event was conceived to celebrate the fourth centenary of the death of the great Lombard artist.

From February 18^th to june 13^th will be possible to admire masterpieces from major museum in the world.

The 2010 will be a year devoted to Caravaggio and the exhibition at the Scuderie del Quirinale is under the high patronage of the President of the Republic.

The most representative works like “Bacco” from the Uffizi in Florence, “Golia con la testa di Davide” from Galleria Borghese in Rome, “I Musici” from the Metropolitan of New York, “La Cena di Emmaus” from the National Gallery in London, are a tribute to the uniqueness of Caravaggio.

The exhibition will be a new moment of critical reflection to penetrate the essence of the artist.
